Frosty the Snowman
I was watching Frosty last night and saw a couple of things worth noting:
- Even back in 1969 when the cartoon was made, people were ignoring global warming. You can tell because Frosty says that the North Pole is the only place he can go to avoid melting. We all know (most of us anyway, hint hint) that even the North Pole isn't immune to its effects. Frosty's destined to be a cloud of Christmas steam.
- The song goes:Publish Post
...
There you have it, the origin of society's belief that traffic laws don't need to be obeyed.
He led them down the streets of town
Right to the traffic cop.
And he only paused a moment when
He heard him holler "Stop!"
